Information for Exhibitors and Sponsors

Exhibitor personnel names
Personnel names are due by September 12. Exhibitors/sponsors are entitled to 3 personnel per booth occupied (e.g. 2 booths=6 personnel). Additional personnel can be registered for $395/person. Please register personnel names here. Any changes or last minute additions should be emailed to Corrie Rasz at email@example.com.
Certificate of insurance (COI)
Exhibitors and sponsors must provide a certificate of insurance. The certificate must list AAID and Hilton San Diego Bayfront as the certificate holder for the dates of October 11-14, 2017. If you do not carry general liability insurance, you may purchase this in the form of event insurance. COIs are due by September 12 and can be submitted by email (firstname.lastname@example.org), faxed to (312) 335-9090, or mailed to 211 E. Chicago Ave., Suite 750, Chicago, IL 60611. Free PDF ad
All sponsors and exhibitors are entitled to a PDF ad to be posted on AAID's website and the meeting's mobile app. Ads should be provided as a low-resolution PDF, but at least 72 dpi. All fonts, files, and graphics must be embedded. The ad should be 8.5 x 11 inches in size. Ads must be emailed to email@example.com by October 3, 2017.
