CANCELLATION POLICY:
Requests for refunds must be made in writing and received by September 20, 2012 for a 100%* refund; between September 21 and September 27, 2012 for a 50%* refund. Due to advance committments to the hotel, no refunds wll be made after September 27, 2012.
*All cancellations will be subject to a $50 administrative fee, regardless of when cancellation notice received.
Why does AAID ask for your NPI number?
Beginning in 2013, companies must report any payment or transfer of value with a minimum value of $10 or cumulatively $100 per year to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and publicly disclose the information on their websites. This is a new requirement under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA). For more information on the NPI number and the PPACA please click here.
Upon request, we will provide your name and NPI number to exhibiting and sponsoring companies for compliance with the PPACA. If you do not have an NPI number or do not provide it to us, we will instead provide your contact information. Your NPI number can be found here.
