New Trends, Techniques and Technology Sponsored Lectures
Wednesday's New Trends, Techniques, and Technology forum includes presentations given by esteemed clinicians representing our corporate partners. New and innovative information will be presented on novel implant designs, immediate loading, virtual guided surgery, Cad-Cam generated prosthetics, predictable use of short implants, and much, much more.

Main Podium Presentations
Main Podium presentations are open to all attendees and feature world-class experts in several areas of implant dentistry.  Simultaneous translation from English to Spanish will be provided on Thursday and Saturday.  On Friday, see below for information about a special, all-day International Workshop.

Live Surgery
Two different live surgeries will be performed on Thursday, October 20 and beamed directly to the AAID Annual Meeting audience.  In addition to the surgeon, there will be a moderator at the surgical venue and one at the AAID Annual Meeting venue.

Workshops
Several hands-on workshops will be offered during the course of the meeting in order to provide attendees with a choice of learning experience.  Each workshop is limited in the number of attendees in order to maximize the opportunity to learn the technique or process being taught. At least 70 percent of the activity in each workshop will be hands-on. All courses are taught by world-class experts.

Clinical Roundtables
Clinical Roundtables will be offered throughout the meeting so you have additional choices of topics and in-depth learning opportunities. Each Clinical Roundtable will be limited to 20 participants. Each is 90 minutes in length. Some topics delivered as Main Podium Presentations are covered more in-depth as Clinical Roundtables. This gives you the opportunity to interact on an intimate basis with a Main Podium presenter. Several topics are also offered only as Clinical Roundtables allowing you the chance to delve deeply into a subject with a world-class expert.

Allied Staff Program
This innovative and original 2 ½ day program is specially designed for the Implant Allied Team. Implant Dentistry has revolutionized the way in which we practice dentistry. Through team work, research and practical procedures implant dentistry has become a predictable modality that enhances the quality of our patients’ lives and the quality of our practice. The Implant team encompasses the Surgical Team, Restorative Team, Qualified Laboratory and a well trained Allied Team.

A well trained Allied team will enhance your implant practice from the first phone call to the maintenance phase of therapy.  Without complete Allied Team training Implant Dentistry can be frustrating, costly and inefficient for your patients and your office.
