Full arch rehabilitation with as little as 4 dental implants is a commonly accepted treatment in modern dentistry.  As more patients seek this treatment, cases with severe compromises of supporting alveolar structures are being seen more often.  In this lecture, the author presents techniques to overcome challenging situations for full arch rehabilitation using the NeoArch concept.  The author draws on his personal experiences after having performed both the surgery and restoration for over 1,000 arches.

Learning Objectives: At the conclusion of this course, participants should be able to:

  • Recognize and anticipate anatomic situations that may complicate treatment with full arch immediately loaded dental implants
  • Learn alternative techniques to deal with severely compromised scenarios to make treatment with full arch immediately loaded dental implants possible
  • Learn how to deal with difficult scenarios when things do not go as planned with full arch immediately loaded dental implant treatment
