Carl Misch, Implant Dentistry Legend, Passes Away

Dr. Carl Misch, one of the best respected clinicians and educators in implant dentistry, passed away on January 4, 2017. Dr. Misch was a past president, Honored Fellow, and recipient of the Isaih Lew Memorial Research Award from the AAID Foundation and the Aaron Gerschkoff/Norman Goldberg Award from the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. He was a Fellow of the Academy and a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry. He was founder of the Misch Institute. The American Academy of Implant Dentistry expresses its deepest condolences to the Misch family.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. (In state 9:30 a.m.) at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church 23815 Power Rd. Farmington MI. Visitation Monday and Tuesday 2 pm - 9 p.m. at Thayer-Rock Funeral Home 33603 Grand River Ave.
