Application Forms and Guidelines
The AAID Education Oversight Committee (EOC) reviews and approves three categories of educational courses. Any AAID member may apply for renewal of an existing course or approval to create a new course. Submissions must be completed online and will then be reviewed by the Education Department and the chair of the EOC.
AAID will accept applications for educational courses twice a year. The application deadlines for the upcoming cycle are November 1, 2018 and May 1, 2019. The applications will be reviewed by the EOC on a bi-yearly basis. All action items from these reviews will be brought to the attention of the board of trustees (BOT) at their bi-yearly meetings. Applicants will receive notification of their application status within 30 days of the BOT meeting.
Please note that you will need to review the instructions and document requirements before starting any application. You will not be able to save your application once you have begun. Application fees will be charged to your credit card prior to submitting the application.

For all educational courses, the CE provider must be an approved ADA CERP and/or AGD PACE provider and is responsible for complying with appropriate guidelines and reporting CE credits earned directly to ADA CERP and/or AGD PACE.
