Dental implants are becoming main stream for tooth replacement. This hands-on workshop is designed for the early to moderate level implant dentist wishing to learn how to simplify the management of inadequate vertical bone in the posterior maxilla. Participants learn diagnosis of the posterior maxilla, treatment options for this region, crestal bone grafting techniques and lateral window bone sinus augmentation (“Sinus Lifts”). Hands on exercises of sinus grafting with and without implants are performed on pig’s heads.

Learn to:

• analyze the posterior maxilla of patients with CT Imaging
• understand how to diagnosis the posterior maxilla
• perform crestal sinus grafting , lateral window sinus grafting, and practice hands on sinus grafting on pig’s heads
