We have conducted a system upgrade to better serve you! If it this is your first time accessing the new AAID Member Portal, you will have to create a password.

NOTE: If you are an AAID Member (or a nonmember that has made an AAID purchase in the past), you already have an account in the new system - all you have to do is follow the steps below to reset your password.

Once your password is reset, you can log in and update your profile (you can even upload a photo).


  1. Go to (Note: If you've already accessed your account, you can log in and skip to Step 6)
  2. Click the "Forgot your password?" link (do not enter your email address on this step)
  3. Enter your email address and click "Reset Your Password"
  4. Check your email and click the "Reset Password" link
  5. Set your new password (must be 8 characters, a mix of letters and numbers, and cannot contain your username) and click "Submit"
  6. You will then be redirected to your Personal Snapshot (profile) page; on the top right, click the “Checkout” button (do NOT click “Renew” at the bottom)
  7. Follow the prompts to input your payment information and click “Submit”
  8. Take a moment to review your profile and update your contact information

From now on, you will use this new interface to conduct all AAID business, including membership renewal and event registration. Feel free to email the Membership Department or call our office at (312) 335-1550 with any questions or concerns.
