Info for MaxiCourse Directors & Coordinators
Each MaxiCourse® must submit an Annual Report to the AAID within one month (30 days) of the conclusion of the MaxiCourse. This report must identify any substantive changes based on these Guidelines and must include student rosters. If you have any questions about Annual Report or annual fee, please reach out to credentialing@aaid.com.

As you begin the process for the next cohort, please use this NEW template to report your participants to the Membership Department. Please submit this form to membership@aaid.com at least 30 days prior to the start of the course.

Finally, we are pleased to inform you that the AAID is providing greater flexibility for your course participants with a proration option for membership dues. This change aims to make AAID membership more accessible and beneficial for all involved in your MaxiCourse programs.
Membership Dues Proration Options:
- Prorated Membership for Immediate Activation:
- You can pay a prorated amount for the remainder of participants’ current year membership dues along with the dues for the following year.
- Membership will be activated immediately upon payment and will be valid through December 31 of the following year, giving participants access to benefits for longer than 12 months.
- Membership Activation for the Following Year:
- You can provide payment for participants’ following year's membership dues.
- Memberships will be activated from January 1 through December 31 of the following year, offering a full 12 months of benefits.
We kindly request that you decide which membership option you prefer to offer your participants. This will allow us to generate the appropriate invoices and ensure a smooth process for activating their memberships.
