Moderator Instructions

Thank you so much for signing up to be a moderator for the upcoming AAID Annual Conference in Phoenix, November 11-16, 2025. As a moderator, you will be introducing the speaker using a provided script, assisting attendees as necessary, and staying until the end of the workshop or lecture to give out the CE code information. You are encouraged to arrive at your session at least 20 minutes prior to meet the speaker.

Upon completion of your assignment, you will receive a complimentary registration for that session.

New for 2025, Session Scripts will be available at the "Ask Me" Desk located in the main lobby of the Phoenix Convention Center (West Building).
