Awards for Posters & Table Clinics (STUDENTS ONLY):
- 1st Place: $750
- 2nd Place: $500
- 3rd Place: $200
Presentation Time Slots: (Presenters will be assigned a slot)
- 10 AM – 11 AM (or)
- 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM
Table Clinics – How to Enter:
- Submit an abstract for approval by October 1, 2025
- If approved, record and upload your 5–10 min presentation for judging
- Compete for cash prizes and gain recognition in the implantology community!

- Students in 2-year Oral Implantology programs can apply for a $500 travel grant (Six travel grants available for Table Clinics ONLY —first-come, first-served!*)
Presentation Setup:
- A small highboy table will be provided
- Bring your own laptop (No power hookups available—plan for battery use)
- Keep materials compact—everything must fit on the 30-inch table

Guidelines for Poster Presentations and Table Clinics
The American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID) is pleased to offer travel expense reimbursements of up to $500 for up to six residents currently enrolled full-time in a two-year (minimum) Oral Implantology Residency Program who are presenting Table Clinics at the AAID Annual Conference, Phoenix, AZ, November 13-15, 2025.
Reimbursements will be awarded to the first six eligible applicants who complete the application process and are registered for the Annual Meeting. Selection will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.
Application will close October 1, 2025. Grants notification will be sent by October 20, 2025, with detailed instructions on how to submit eligible expenses by November 20, 2025, for reimbursement. Two-week processing time for the disbursement of funds.
Restriction on Eligibility
Employees, officers, directors of AAID, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to participate. The grant is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Void where prohibited by law. Participants must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Failure to meet eligibility requirements or violation of these official rules may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of AAID.
